Very convenient collection point (with parking) - The only slight downside was that the barcode scanner for collection wasn’t working very well, so I had to contact customer service (who responded quickly and efficiently) and they confirmed that I should keep trying – which eventually worked.

I thought it might be a scam: the website won’t give you the address until you’ve paid, and several reviews suggest the place doesn’t actually exist. But in reality, the bar-tobacconist at No. 54 does indeed offer a luggage storage service, and you can use it by paying on the spot without booking in advance :)

Very good, friendly service, with quick and clear explanations. We were asked to take a photo of our luggage when we dropped it off, which put our minds at ease. The luggage was ready and waiting when we came to collect it.
