柜台那位先生非常友善，营业时间说明得很清楚（下午关门，傍晚重新开门，所以最早要等到下午4点30分才能取行李），感觉很安全。不过我觉得他们应该更明确地确认哪件行李是你的——他们既没给我任何与我的行李对应的凭证，也没挂上标签，如果当时是别的人在服务，我可能就无法取回自己的行李了。
Very friendly man at counter, very clear about opening times(is shut in the afternoon, open again late afternoon so have to wait till earliest 4;30pm to get your bags), felt it was safe. Think it could be a little clearer that they know which bags are yours- they didn't give me anything corresponding to my bags or put any tags on potentially could have refused to them back if there had been a different person serving me
