I found them very efficient and convenient. The website is easy to use and the luggage place is very near to Munich Central railway station (2 minutes walk from platform 1).
The cost is slightly on the expensive side but if you want to spend a few hours exploring Munich between trains it's well with it, especially when the station's own luggage storage facilities by platform 26 are often fully used.
